Our "Free Standard Shipping" option is available on all products and delivery time for most delivery address in North America and Europe and usually can vary anywhere between 5 and 15 business days depending on the product and the shipping address. Shipping to North America and Europe are generally faster than shipping to Asia, Africa, Central America and South America. Most of our North American and European deliveries happen within 7- 12 business days of order. The majority of our products are shipped 12 hours after the product is ordered in order to allow customer adjustments if necessary, however, some products may require additional time to fulfill. Processing times of product orders before actual shipping may vary and may affect the above expected shipping times. Shipping delays may be incurred as a result of and not limited to labor strikes, pandemics like COVID-19, airline/shipping complications, and postal delivery complications.
All orders are assigned an electronic tracking number from the shipping courier which we can pass on to our customers once they are given to us from the courier/postal service. Any orders that have a status of "Delivered" or "Arrived" (or status indicating that the package was delivered) as updated by the carrier is deemed as delivered to the address given by the customer. When a conflict exists between the location of a package and the order having a status of "Delivered" or "Arrived" (or status indicating that the package was delivered) by the carrier, the customer must contact their local carrier with the tracking number to resolve the conflict. Any conflicts regarding package location and a status indicating that the package has not been delivered, will be refunded once the carrier confirms that the package is lost after 45 days of order placement.
Corvado Watches may sometimes split your orders into multiple shipments to avoid delays. All shipments are shipped using the same shipping method you have selected during checkout.
Corvado Watches guarantees the safe delivery of your orders to the best of our ability. We exchange all damaged items and will reimburse our customers of any shipping costs due to products found damaged on arrival.
Contact us via email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), within 5 days of receipt of the product if the product arrives damaged, and ship products back via the method directed by the Corvado Watches team. The same method or return is required if you are not satisfied with the product.
You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 15 calendar days of delivery via tracked shipping and the delivery method directed by Corvado team. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways unless otherwise stated. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories as we can only process returns and refunds with complete packaging and all accessories.
